CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Aransas Pass Fire Department is overseeing a prescribed burn of 1,000 acres.
According to the Aransas Pass Police Department, the burn is producing heavy smoke conditions.
The prescribed burn is between FM 1069 and Texas Highway 35 south of FM 3512.
Officials advise to use caution if driving near that area.
