ARANSAS PASS, Texas — Three Aransas Pass Police Officers were attacked Tuesday night and now two brothers are behind bars.
Vincent and Louis Pena are facing several charges. Police say as officers responded to a disturbance last night, one of the people involved fled the scene.
Police pursued the chase and were confronted by Vincent Pena. Police say Pena assaulted the officers and his brother Louis jumped in. Both were arrested.
The officers involved suffered head and hand injuries. Two are on light duty recovering at home and the last one is back to work.
