Two Tuloso-Midway ISD students are recovering after the school bus they were in flipped over.
The crash happened Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. on Highway 44 and Mckinzie Rd. District officials say the two students were taken to Driscoll Children's Hospital, but are expected to be okay. janice sykora- interim superintendent, tuloso-midway isd:
"The bus driver is going to be okay, a little shaken up, feels upset, but I think he's going to be alrights," said Janice Sykora, interim superintendent for Tuloso-Midway ISD.
Still no word on what caused the crash.
Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Nathan Brandley confirmed to KRIS 6 News that a school bus has rolled over on its side at State Highway 44 and McKinzie Road.
Brandley said two children and a bus driver were inside the vehicle at the time of the accident.
He added that there are no injuries to report at this time.
Details of the accident are currently unknown.
