She has seen some of her worst days and now Action 10 News is finding out La Nina — the last of the Columbus ships will be restored after all.
More than a month ago, the deadline to find a new owner for La Nina didn’t look promising. Then 2 days ago, Aransas Pass city officials announced during a city council meeting they wanted to restore the vessel.
Today we’re talking with the Aransas Pass Chamber of Commerce about the plans for La Nina. We are also reaching out to the Columbus Sailing Association, who has cared for the vessel since 2006.
