Police have obtained a felony arrest warrant for Preston Charles Felts, who was positively identified on surveillance video after the Tuesday robbery of the restaurant.
Felts allegedly assault a carhop crew member at the restaurant while snatching her bi-fold wallet containing cash.
A robbery charge is a second-degree felony. If convicted, the suspect could be facing up to 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. His bond has been set at $50,000.
Robstown police are seeking any information about the whereabouts of Felts to be directed to their local police department. The suspect is considered dangerous, so do not approach him.
