A motorcycle accident near Gregory on Saturday morning claimed the life of an Aransas Pass man.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 35-year-old David Edwin Hogan was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle east on FM 2986 at about 8:40 a.m. on Saturday when he failed to stop at the U.S. 181 intersection.
DPS says a GMC Sierra pickup truck traveling north on U.S. 181 hit Hogan on the right side. Hogan was pronounced dead at the scene.
DPS says the crash remains under investigation.
