A hearing was held today for a student arrested in connection to a bomb threat Thursday at Gregory-Portland Middle School.
According to court officials, the student was ordered to remain in custody pending a hearing on November 1.
The arrest stemmed from a handwritten threat found in a restroom at the school that caused the campus to be evacuated and nearby roads to be shut down.
Police searched the school, and no bomb was ever found.
