Ongoing construction on the Harbor Bridge Project is expected to cause more lane closures on Highway 181.
Beginning October 24 and continuing through December 31, 2020, the northbound lanes of US 181 will be reduced to two lanes between Burleson Street and Beach Avenue.
Frontage roads will remain open through the lane reduction.
Project coordinators say the lane reductions are necessary to complete drainage work, as well as to complete the US 181 detour that will be utilized throughout the Harbor Bride Project construction process.
