Sonic Annaville located at 11121 Leopard scored a 100.
Whipped Up located at 4101 IH 69 Access Road scored a 100.
Earning a spot on the A-list with a 98 is Mo BBQ located at 2833 South Padre Island Drive.
Popeye’s located at 4501 Weber scored a 97.
Sylvia’s Pastries located at 9744 Leopard scored a 97.
Whataburger located at 7702 South Padre Island Drive scored a 97.
Jalisco Bakery located at 822 Port scored a 94.
Acapulco’s Mexican Restaurant located at 5937 Mcardle scored a 93.
Good-N-Crisp located at 4101 I69 Access Road scored a 93.
Scuttlebutt’s Seafood Bar & Grill located at 14254 South Padre Island Drive scored a 92.
Dropping down to the B- list with an 89 is Cancun Mexican Restaurant located at 1023 Highway 361.
Violations included a dirty soda fountain, employees not washing their hands, chemicals were stored next to napkins, employees were not wearing beard guards, employee drinking cups needed lids and wiping towels were not stored properly.
