Nueces County Animal Control will be hosting an adoption event for all cats and dogs.
"Volunteer Live Release Organizers day the goal is to find loving furever homes for the 20 plus dogs, cats, puppies & kittens currently at the facility, some of whom have been there for weeks," organizers said in a press release.
Along with $25 adoption fees, people who adopt will receive a voucher for spay & neuter assistance, a free dog obedience class.
Don't forget about the prize drawings that include dinner for two at local spots like BJ’s Brewhouse & Julian’s Barbecue. There will also be a customer etched hand made wooden dog portrait and a wine & chocolates gift basket up for grabs in the drawings.
The event goes on from Feb 10, 9 a.m. to Feb 14 at 4 p.m.
