Customers at some popular restaurant chains may have had their credit card information breached.
Houston-based restaurant Landry's says data was exposed when cards were mistakenly swiped on the wrong payment devices.
It happened between March and October of last year.
Landry's owns hundreds of restaurants including Joe's Crab Shack and Saltgrass Steakhouse.
The breach also involved dining spots operated by Landry's in Westin Hotels and Holiday Inn Resorts.
More than 60 of their brands were potentially affected in this breach.
