The local Veteran's Cemetery saw plenty of traffic on Memorial Day.
Despite their being no public ceremony at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery. There was a large turnout of people visiting the grave sites of their departed loved ones.
In year's past, volunteers helped place American Flags on all the gravesites. However, they weren't used this year because of health restrictions.
So members of the cemetery staff, placed over 2200 flags on the graves.
