The City of Corpus Christi’s Development Services Department is once again providing face to face customer service with restrictions. Be prepared to wait outside if the building becomes full.

The City has also installed sneeze guards at each permit counter, and all staff engaging customers will be required to wear masks in the building on in the field. Customers entering the building must sanitize their hands and are encouraged to wear a face mask. A receptionist will direct all lobby traffic.

The lobby has been rearranged, chairs are now six feet apart to maintain social distancing between customers. Only one person will be allowed at a counter station which means all others will be asked to wait at floor markers, available seating or outside.

DSD will continue to hold meetings via videoconference. Building inspectors will resume on-site inspection and continue virtual inspections.
