CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — September 11th is a day no one will ever forget and that is why a local law firm and a non-profit are teaming up to give back to all hometown heroes.

The two are planning to provide a free meal to all first responders in the Coastal Bend.

It's the first responders that risk it all to help and the two organizations are stepping in to give them a salute.

When a crisis breaks out first responders are the ones who drop everything and go.

Organizers with Burn Pits 360 along with Herrman & Herrman Attorneys at Law realize the dangers these men and women go through and they want to give back.

Years ago, tragedy struck our nation and the events of September 11th is something that has affected a lot of families and first responders.

“First responders are there for us literally every single day, every single minute of the day every single hour of the day and it's fitting that they've given so much to us that the least we can do is show our appreciation for them,” says Herrman & Herrman brand ambassador Eric Holguin.

A free lunch will be held to honor local heroes all for their courage, boldness and heroism.

The event will take place September 11th 2019 at the Herrman & Herrman building located at 1201 3rd Street.

The free meals will be served from 11am to 2pm.
