Nueces County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to locate a fugitive.
They are looking for 35-year-old Gilberto Guerrero Ballesteros. He has two outstanding warrants for forgery and theft. There is no bond set for the forgery charge and a $5,000 bond for the theft charge.
Ballesteros is described as a 35-year-old white male who stands 5′ 08”, weighs approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
