The Rockport Relief Camp is trying to raise money to help 100 low-income families in the Rockport area this Christmas. The charitable organization wants to buy Christmas presents for their children.
Relief Camp organizer Samantha McCrary has reached out to Rockport school counselors to provide her with 100 families who need the help the most.
McCrary founded the Rockport Relief Camp after Hurricane Harvey hit the Coastal Bend leaving many families without homes.
The Relief Camp has donated over $500,000 in goods to residents in need.
