Land O’Frost Black Forest Ham recalled for mislabeling

The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Services has recalled Land O’Frost, Inc. Black Forest ham for mislabeled packaging.  The agency is recalling approximately 4,944 pounds of ham.  

The packages were labeled correctly on the front but the backside reads Honey Smoked Turkey Breast.  The 1-lb. packages were produced April 27, 2018 and have an sell-by date of August 10, 2018.  Look for Lot 8117D on the package with "Est.500K" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
