For the 4th consecutive year, Hurricane Alley water park will host a national Flow Board Tour. Competitors from all over the country and across Texas will compete for their chances at national points, prizes, and golden ticket slot to the US National Flow-Boarding Championships in Orlando, Florida.
" It’s gonna be a great day…lots of fun, lots happening on and off the wave," said event coordinator, Adam Muller.
The wave Muller is referring to is the unique, feature attraction ride at Hurricane Alley, The Shredder. The entire competition will be judged on this ride and it is quality enough to entice competitors across the country.
"Well I love the fact that there’s different tricks and were always inventing new things, every single day we are always trying something new and we’re never stopping," Yanni Messoutis the US 2016 Men’s Body Board National Champion told KZTV.
