Judge Guy Williams is in trouble with the law again.
Action 10 News has been told he was arrested Tuesday night for public intoxication and resisting arrest, according to jail officials.
In March, Williams was on trial, accused of running a couple off of the road and pointing a gun at them during a road rage incident. He was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Williams was found not guilty of one count and a mistrial was declared on the other when a jury deadlocked.
