Isolated Thunderstorms in the Short-Term Forecast

After enjoying some much-needed showers and storms Sunday and Monday, Isolated showers or storms will be possible on Tuesday. Rain chances will be best along our eastern counties. Sadly, we will be falling back into a much hotter and drier weather by Wednesday. We will see very warm to hot temperatures through the weekend into Memorial Day. 

Tonight will be drier and tranquil. SE winds will blow at less than 10 MPH. Expect mostly cloudy skies and ample humidity. Low of 72 degrees for Corpus.

Tomorrow will be cloudy in the morning with partly cloudy skies in the afternoon. Daytime heating may allow isolated showers and storms  East of 281. SE winds 5-20 MPH. High of 92 degrees. 

Tuesday night will be partly cloudy and humid with light SE winds blowing at less than 10 MPH. Low of 72 degrees.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny and hot with light ESE winds. ESE winds up to 15 MPH. High of 92 degrees.

Expect more sunshine and increasingly warm temperatures for the second half of the work week.
