One of the six suspects in the Balchuck Lane home invasion murders was in court this morning.
Adrian Olivarez is charged with capital murder for the deaths of Arturo and Miriam Lopez back on April 2nd.
An investigator was appointed to his defense team this morning to help them prepare for the case.
The defense also asked that they be allowed to visit the home where the couple was shot.
The judge said that permission will have to be given by the landlord.
