Violations included a steam table kept at the wrong temperature, food in freezer not sealed properly, chemicals stored next to the flour, left over food was not labeled, no thermometers, no soap at the hand washing sink, hand washing sink was used for other tasks, gnats, employees not wearing beard guards, wiping towels were not stored properly, food was stored on the floor, bowls were used to dispense dry goods, storage area ceiling needs to be repaired and the trash can in the women’s restroom needs a lid.
