Here’s how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Jesus Munoz.
Munoz is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for driving while intoxicated third or move convictions.
He was born on August 24,1971, he’s 5’08", 230 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
