Are you in need of a new furry friend?

Volunteers at the Corpus Christi Animal Care Services center spent the weekend posting pictures of all their dogs on social media to get them adopted.

The center was open Friday and Saturday.

It was a slower than usual weekend for adoptions.

The center managed to adopt out 34 dogs this weekend but more than 70 dogs are still in need of good homes.

The staff want to find them homes before they have to put them down.

If you’re interested in adopting a dog, you can go to the Corpus Christi Animal Care Servicespage. CCACS volunteers also post pictures of dogs up for adoption at Focus on Furever.
