Joseph Tejeda is facing the death penalty following a hearing this morning. Tejeda is accused of fatally shooting Breanna Wood. Wood was reported missing in October of last year and her body was discovered last January.
Prosecution objected to Tejeda’s defense attorney’s request from the court to remove Tejeda’s facial tattoos. Judge Jack W. Pulcher denied the request along with requests for a personal recognizance bond and bond reduction.
