The man charged in the death of Breanna Wood will appear in court for a hearing on the status of an attorney.
Joseph Tejeda had previously asked the judge for a court-appointed attorney. Tejeda is accused of killing Breanna Wood then putting her body in a small box.
Wood’s remains were found last week at an abandoned home south of Bluntzer.
Breanna was reported missing in October 2016.
