Joseph Tejeda will appear before a judge today, he is the suspect in the killing of Breanna Wood.
Tejeda, 26, was already in the Nueces County Jail on an unrelated charge when he was charged with Wood’s murder. Wood was reported missing back in October. Her body was found at an abandoned house last Tuesday near Bluntzer.
Authorities were led to her body by an inmate who claimed he had been paid to get rid of her body.
Joseph Tejeda will meet with the judge Tuesday, January 10th at 11 a.m. His bond is currently set at one-million dollars.
