Man dies in motorcycle accident after running red light

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man who died in a motorcycle accident Tuesday.

Kalin Rosales reportedly ran a red light at around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Greenwood Drive and South Padre Island Drive.

Police said the 33-year-old motorcyclist ran a red light, and hit two vehicles before losing control. He was thrown from his motorcycle, and reportedly died at the scene.

No one else was hurt.

Police said Rosales was not wearing a helmet.
