Runners and walkers are invited to help raise money for the Coastal Bend Food Bank.
The run starts at the south end of Cole Park across the street from First Baptist Church. The 1K run starts at 5:30 pm, the 5K Run starts at 6 pm, and the 5K walk starts at 6:10 pm.
The evening walk will have a glowing element to it. Bring glowsticks and glow in the dark stuff if you have it.
There will be awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in different age divisions so all ages are welcome to join in on the fun.
Here is a breakdown of the entry fees. The 5K Run costs $35. The 5K Run for age 18 and under is $25. The 5K Walk is $35. The 5K Walk for ages 18 and under is $25. And the kids 1K Run is only $5.
