The Brewster Street Icehouse Southside had its official grand opening this evening.
The Corpus Christi chamber of commerce held the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The family friendly restaurant has been open for a while but the ceremony offered a celebratory occasion for the restaurant and community. The restaurant owners also presented a check close to $5,000 to Driscoll Children's Hospital.
The new location is located at 5550 S. Holly Road. Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. It offers the same atmosphere as its downtown location.
The nights music entertainment was provided by Coastal Living host Clarissa Serna.
To celebrate its new location, Brewster Street Icehouse will have specials all week long.
