It turned out to be pleasant start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend on Saturday.
We started the day with quite a bit of clouds and fog, giving way to abundant sunshine and much warmer temperatures later in the afternoon with a high of 89. That is about five degrees above normal for this time of year.
We can expect similar weather conditions for Sunday.
The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with some patchy fog with an overnight low of around 70.
Tomorrow we can expect mostly sunny skies with warm and breezy weather in the afternoon and a daytime high of 88. The winds will be blowing out of the southeast at 10 to 15 mph.
We will remain in a rather tranquil weather pattern for much of next week with a mixture of sunshine a clouds each day with a few isolated showers possible.
Daytime highs temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s and the overnight low temperatures will be in the lower 70s.
