CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An upper level disturbance moved east and out of South Texas early today, taking with it a layer of clouds that brought light rain showers. That will be all the rain we see for several days to come, and the cool and dry Canadian air will continue to deliver mild afternoons and chilly nights.

A dome of polar air has settled into the region and will linger through the end of the week, bathing the area in low humidity that will mean mild afternoons and cool nights.

Your Coastal Bend Halloween weather will be generally clear with light winds and sunset temperatures in the upper 50s. A cold front on Sunday will reinforce the cool, dry regime through the middle of next week.

Expect highs in the 70s to lower 80s, with lows in the 50s to lower 60s.
