Rain chances on the rise for Saturday

The rain chances will gradually increase throughout the day on Saturday, but they’ll be gone by Sunday.

Saturday’s forecast

We may see a quick peek of sunshine as we start the day, but the clouds will take over quickly. From there, rain will start to move into the area from the southwest. Most of the rain will fall to the south of Corpus Christi, but rainfall totals could still reach 0.5 to 1 inch. The rain should be gone by midnight on Saturday night.

Sunday and Monday

Skies will clear on Sunday, allowing for sunshine and a temperature in the upper 60s.

By Monday, the sunshine will continue, but a strong south wind will take temperatures to the mid-70s. That’s all ahead of our next cold front early Tuesday.
