The sun shone brightly on Thursday, and looks to do so again for Friday and Saturday. But by Sunday, some changes in our weather pattern will start to occur.
Friday and Saturday
Both Friday and Saturday will feature cool starts in the 50s, but abundant sunshine will warm things up to the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. This is going to be another great chance to hit the beach!
By Sunday morning, the winds will have turned and will start coming off the Gulf. This will increase the humidity. A cold front will be moving through the state, but the Coastal Bend will be on the tail end of it—similar to what we saw on Halloween night. There will be the possibility of some showers and storms along the front. Because we’ll be at the tail end of the front, the best chance of rain will be for the northeastern parts of the Coastal Bend. Corpus Christi proper will be in question just as it was on Halloween. Stay tuned on this forecast.
