After clouds and rain all week, we may see a slight change in our weather this weekend. The rain chance will at least go down, but the clouds are likely to remain.

Saturday’s forecast

Rain will still be possible on Saturday, but overall the chance will be lower than what we saw on Friday. If you’re heading to the Jazz Festival, you might still want to take an umbrella for some light passing showers.

While rain will be hit or miss, the muggy feeling will stick around. Get ready for highs in the 70s and high humidity.

Sunday’s forecast

The weather system that has been responsible for the rain lately will start moving to the south on Saturday. By Sunday, it should be far enough away to take most of the rain out of the area. However, the clouds are going to stick around with an occasional peek or two of sunshine. Highs will still be in the 70s, but the humidity will start to decrease, which will make it a tad more comfortable.

Next week

Bu Monday, the weather pattern is forecast to change, bringing the chance of rain back to the Coastal Bend. We will also have much cooler temperatures again on Monday with highs in the 60s.
