It looks like we are going to see another round of showers and thunderstorms rolling through the Coastal Bend soon. Some of these storms could produce some brief heavy rainfall. Motorists should use cautions when driving out on some of the roadways through early afternoon. The forecast for today calls for mostly cloudy skies with showers likely. Expect an afternoon high around 84 degrees. The winds will be light out of the east at 5 to 10 miles per hour. The forecast for tonight calls for a few lingering showers with an overnight low around 75 degrees.
We can expect another batch of storms to move through early tomorrow morning. We will then start to dry out a bit for the remainder of the workweek. Daytime highs will be around 90 degrees. Overnight lows will be in the mid 70’s.
