The sea breeze has been plenty active for the last few days, and that trend looks to continue for the next few days.
Wednesday’s forecast
We’re basically going to “rinse ‘n’ repeat” for Wednesday. Partly cloudy skies will sit over the Coastal Bend with another round of a few stray showers likely along the sea breeze during the afternoon. Highs will be in the 90s again, but elevated humidity will bump up the heat index another notch.
The rest of the week
Rain chances aren’t “great” all week, but those pesky stray showers will stick around for the afternoons. Beyond that, partly cloudy skies will abound with highs steadily rising to the mid-90s by the end of the week.
As we move into the weekend, an area of low pressure will move to our west while an area of high pressure will move to our east. This difference in pressure will kick up a staunch breeze for Friday and Saturday with windy conditions by the time we hit Sunday.
