After a few days with isolated storms in the area, we’re going to start seeing the rain chances taper off for the rest of the work week.
Tuesday’s forecast
Tuesday may bring one or two stray showers back to the Coastal Bend, but overall the rain coverage should be lower than what we saw on Sunday and Monday. Partly cloudy skies will dominate our day, with highs reaching the low 90s once again.
Mid-week: More sun, warming up
By mid-week, we should start to see a little more sun, and the rain chances will back off. This will allow for a warming trend, with temperatures reaching the mid-90s. The heat index will once again be well over 100 degrees as the humidity sticks around.
