As we kick off the first weekend of August, we may have to contend with a few isolated showers. But overall, we should have a pretty decent weekend across the Coastal Bend.
Friday’s forecast
It’ll be more of the same for our Friday, with highs in the 90s and plenty of sunshine.
Saturday and Sunday
Moisture will increase across the Coastal Bend by the weekend, but despite this, the odds of seeing rain are not overwhelmingly high. Only a few isolated showers will develop along the immediate coast for Saturday and Sunday before pushing inland and fizzling out. Highs will still be in the 90s, with plenty of sunshine throughout the day. If you have outdoor plans or are heading to the beach, you should still be good to go. However, you may have to take a quick break for the passing shower.
