CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The King High School Class of 1972 donated $1,000 and about 50 toys to the Toys for Tots organization on Thursday.
The group had some leftover funds, and wanted to give it to a good cause this holiday season.
Toys for Tots estimates that the $1,000 will supply approximately 600 toys for children in the area.
Toys for Tots will be having an event at Texas A&M Corpus Christi Friday, November 21 at 6 PM.
