CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — UPDATE: The US Marshals had erroneously reported that he had escaped from jail and was armed and dangerous. Bee County released a statement that he did not escape, but was accidentally released. Also that he was not armed when released.
29-year-old Ernest Ramirez also goes by Ernesto Ramirez is described as a hispanic or white male.
He stands at 5' 5" and weighs about 210 pounds. He has tattoos on his right forearm, chest, left and right arms and neck. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen in Beeville on September 25.
