A driver is facing intoxication manslaughter charges following a fatal pedestrian accident.
The 39-year-old victim was crossing Weber Road near SPID around 7 p.m. Wednesday when he was hit by a truck.
The 33-year-old driver remained at the scene, but was detained by police.
The pedestrian died at the hospital.
Police say the pedestrian was not using the crosswalk when he was hit.
