A bunch of cotton bales are on fire in the Sinton Area this evening.
Fire crews are working to stop the fire from spreading to unaffected bales and extinguish the fires.
San Patricio County Sheriff Oscar Rivera shared photos of the blaze on his social media a bit before 9 pm, Monday, September 16.
According to Rivera, the fires were on FM 796.
No word on how the fires got started yet. This is a developing story.
