A Kingsville man is headed to prison for sexually assaulting a child. Rudy Guzman, 38, pleaded guilty to several charges including aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to the arrest report, the victim’s mother went to police after finding a video on her 12-year-old son’s cell phone showing Guzman having sex with the boy.

Today, Guzman was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
