The Diocese of Corpus Christi announced Saturday that in accordance with the order issued by local governments, it will be limiting the number of parishioners allowed into each Mass to 500 people.

"Sunday masses will continue in all parishes," said Bishop MIchael Mulvey. "Pastors been instructed, however, to monitor the number of the faithful attending each Mass. In cases where the number of the faithful gathering for Mass reaches 500, parishioners will be invited to consider an alternative or will be invited to return for Mass at a later hour. However, if anyone is not able to do so, they will be assured that their obligation for Sunday Mass is dispensed."

The letter also states that the 9:30 a.m. Mass from the Corpus Christi Cathedral can be seen on KDF-TV every Sunday, livestreamed here, and can be heard on radio on KLUX Radio 89.5 HD.
