The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and Natural History has teamed up with Railroad Seafood Station and Brewing Co. to teach people the science of beer.
The "Science on Tap" event takes place from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Railroad Seafood Station and Brewing Co, 1214 N. Chaparral.
Appetizers will be provided and some beer/weather demonstrations are sure to educate and entertain.
Patrick Fitzpatrick, an assistant professor in atmospheric science at Texas A&M-CC, and Joe Hill, a lab coordinator at Texas A&M-CC will be the featured speakers.
