CORPUS CHRISTI - Manuel Lopez says if his dogs are barking it means someone has jumped the fence and made their way inside the vacant building next door to his house.

Lopez estimates the South Park Rehab and Nursing Center has been vacant for 15 years. And people have been trespassing
