Posted 10:52 AM 1/18/2013 : Stepmother Indicted on Capital Murder Charge for Boy's Drowning

CORPUS CHRISTI - Laura Day is now facing a charge of capital murder for the drowning death of her 6-year-old stepson Tyler Syring last October.

A grand jury determined there's enough evidence for Day to go to trial for capital murder, child endangerment and injury to a child.
