CORPUS CHRSIT - Tme Warner Cable wants to know the name of a man seen climbing a utility pole on the 4600 block of Evelyn tampering with their equipment. The incident was captured by a neighbor who told Action Ten News the man climbed the pole sometime between 4 and 5 o'clock in the afternoon
