CORPUS CHRISTI - It was swearing-in day for a pair of Nueces county judges.

A brief ceremony was held Monday at the Nueces county courthouse for Judge Missy Medary.

She was elected to the 347th District Court seat after beating Democrat Rene Flores in November.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Judge Bobby Gonzalez has taken the oath as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 5. Place 1.

His swearing-in ceremony was held Tuesday morning at the Johnny Calderon Building in Robstown.

Family, Friends and supporters were on hand for the ceremony.
